Global Components follows the ISO standards: ISO9001:2015 and ANSI/ESD-S20.20:2014 to provide the highest standards our industry has to offer. We employ a rigorous inspection protocol to screen every component that comes through our facilities deploying a visual inspection of the components & we use an ultra high performance microscope in our ESD department to verify the authenticity and quality standard to each component. We verify the following:
- Leads (residue, scratches, corrosion)
- Casing
- Handling
- Visual condition
We work with our certified network group of suppliers & direct factory agents as well as industry information forums to ensure our products reliability, traceability, which in turn, helps the screening for refurbished or counterfeit parts. Global Components has a strict policy for quality assurance. Any signs or indications that a component does not meet the standard requested, as per manufacturer’s specifications, we would advise our customer immediately & provide a report of non-conformity.

Global Components has signed an agreement with AAA Test Lab LLC. & Whitehorse labs, which are accredited 3rd party independent lab providing extensive testing on components & a detailed report on functionality, heat resistance & other standardized test are as per the manufacturer specifications to ensure that our clients’ interests are protected.
